The following policies help ensure a smooth planning process and successful event at Press House. Final details will be confirmed during booking and outlined in your event agreement.
Availability & Booking
All events are subject to availability and are not confirmed until a signed agreement and deposit are received.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment timelines will be outlined during the booking process.
Guest Count & Minimums
Final guest count is due prior to the event and may not fall below a percentage of the original estimate. Minimums may apply depending on the event type and space.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to additional charges.
Event Details & Planning
Final event details, including menu selections and layout preferences, must be submitted in advance of your event date. Additional revisions or late changes may incur fees.
Enhancements & Add-Ons
Additional services such as décor, lighting, and specialty setups are available and can be discussed during the planning process.
