Daily Draft March Madness Bracket Challenge (2026)

Platform: CBS Sports Bracket Manager (the “Platform”). Sponsor is not affiliated with the NCAA or CBS Sports.

1) No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

2) Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3) Challenge Period

  • Registration opens: March 3, 2026

  • Registration closes: At tipoff of the first NCAA men’s tournament game (First Four) as listed by the Platform.
    Late entries/brackets will not be eligible.

4) How to Enter (Free)

To enter:

  1. Complete the entry form at: https://www.press-house.com/thedailydraftmarchmadness2026

  2. Create or use an existing CBS Sports account and join the Sponsor’s CBS pool.

  3. Submit one (1) bracket in the Sponsor’s CBS pool before tipoff of the first game.

Important: To be eligible to win, you must (1) complete the entry form and (2) join the Sponsor’s CBS pool.
Limit: One (1) entry/bracket per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified.

5) Information Collected

Sponsor may collect: name, email address, mobile number (optional), and CBS account identifier (email/username). This information will be used to administer the challenge, communicate pool access, and award prizes.

6) Determining Winners

Winners are determined solely by the final standings in Sponsor’s CBS pool at the end of the tournament, using the scoring and tiebreak settings established in the CBS pool prior to tipoff of the first game.
Results are final: CBS pool results/standings will be the official record for determining winners.

7) Tie Policy

If a tie occurs, the Platform’s tiebreaker will be applied (if enabled). If tied after all applicable Platform tiebreakers, the tied entrants will split evenly the total value of the tied prize positions.

8) Prizes

  • 1st Place: $50 Daily Draft gift card

  • 2nd Place: $25 Daily Draft gift card

  • 3rd Place: One (1) free appetizer

Appetizer prize terms: One appetizer of the winner’s choice. No exclusions. No expiration. Not redeemable for cash.

9) Winner Notification and Prize Delivery

Winners will be contacted using the email and/or phone provided at registration within 7 days after the championship game. If a potential winner does not respond within 7 days after the first contact attempt, Sponsor may award the prize to the next highest-ranked eligible entrant.

10) Participant Conduct / Fair Play

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for:

  • Creating multiple entries/brackets,

  • Using false identity information,

  • Attempting to manipulate or disrupt the CBS pool or scoring,

  • Harassing staff or other participants.

11) Publicity

By entering, winners agree that Sponsor may use their first name and last initial and/or bracket name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

12) Limitation of Liability

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages, delays, or technical issues affecting registration or bracket submission,

  • Lost or misdirected emails/invites,

  • Errors in the Platform’s scoring, display, or timing data.

13) Privacy

Sponsor will use collected information only for administering the challenge and related communications. Sponsor will not sell personal information.

14) Disputes / Governing Law

This challenge is governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Madison County, Illinois.
